Why create a website like this?

To be honest, I have seen too many unprofessional application forms and led too many unsatisfying and boring interviews with job candidates from so many countries (Germany, USA, UK, China, India, Central and East Europe).

But more seriously: I feel it is such a waste if the best people don´t get the right jobs just because they don´t probably understand how things work in Germany.

It is a waste of your talent and a waste for us.

So, let´s do something about it.
